Procedure

  • Step 1: Raise the request for addition or removal.
  • Step 2: After approval find a potential candidate.
  • Step 3: File an application with the MCA along with the required documents.
  • Step 4: Drafting a new AoA and MoM.
  • Step 5: Drafting a resolution and submitting it to the board.
